Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offered spacious rooms with thoughtful amenities, including a small fridge with complimentary water. While the TV signal was occasionally off, the view overlooking the square made up for it. The staff provided excellent service, being not only friendly but also willing to assist with special requests. However, the noise from the nearby club disrupted our sleep. The location was convenient for exploring the charming village and nearby attractions, although the dining options were limited, impacting the overall value for money.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were cozy but slightly dark without extra lighting, and the issue with coldness was promptly resolved with a portable heater. The location was ideal, away from noisy areas, and close to the hiking route. The service was exceptionally kind and accommodating, making up for a less desirable dining experience with limited options.
The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with a stunning mountain view. The service is incredibly friendly and helpful, making me eager to revisit the lovely town. The location is excellent, right in the center of beautiful Carlingford. The dining options were limited but satisfying with complimentary tea and coffee. The facilities met my expectations.
The hotel is right in the heart of Carlingford with large rooms and lovely staff, but no breakfast included in the price. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time exploring the village.
My stay at The Oystercatcher on Monday, 2nd of May was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were very clean and equipped with essential amenities like a fridge, kettle, iron, and TV. However, I did notice that the room was not sanitized between guests, which was a bit concerning.
